CANCELLATION POLICY
I get it , things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This avoids cancellation /rescheduling charges 50% of your appointment total . No show Failure to arriving to your scheduled appointment with result in automatic banning from booking in the future, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of your appointment total . Grace period Please show up on time to your appointment on time. There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of your appointment total. If you feel/ know you’re going to be late please let me know beforehand! I do not perform rushed services, it’s not fair to you or the other guest.
